Our Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via our selected courier prepaid and charged on customer invoice.

Claims

Errors or shortages for which the company or freight carrier is responsible will be corrected promptly but must be reported within 10 days after receipt of the order.

Our Return Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized by Padlock Distributors. Please call or e-mail us with the details of your return, a minimum 15% handling charge will be assessed. We will issue you a return authorization (r/a) number. Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us. All returns must be freight or postage prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Thank you for your support.

Defective Merchandise

Master Lock, American Lock and Dudley locker locks are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. If you are a Padlock Distributors customer we are happy to respond to your lock replacement requests. Simply provide an Excel file list of the Serial#'s from the back side of your defective locks. Replacements will be shipped to you free of charge. 

Warranty does not cover locks deemed abused, altered, damaged, misued, cut, worn or without mechanical defect.  Keep your locks for one month after your claim.  The manufacturer may contact you.  After 4 weeks, RECYCLE!
