Standard Combination Locks
Paper charts are supplied with all combination locks. If you would like to create your own chart, simply open and print the Blank Combination Control Chart.

Built-in Combination Locker Locks
If you need installation instructions, simply open and print the 1600 Series B/I Combination Instructions form. Included is a helpful Trouble-Shooting guide. Charts are supplied with all built-in combination locks. If you would like to create your own chart, simply open and print the 1600 Series Blank Combination Control Chart.

Lost Combination
Confirm that your lock has a serial# and contact the institution that provided you with the lock. Using the serial# they can look up your combination on their charts. Another option is to print the Lost Combination Form and follow the instructions.

Chart Request
To obtain replacement combination charts, simply place an order with us. Print and complete the Chart Request Form and return to us by mail or fax. If you are using the Locker Manager software, please see below. Note: Combinations for Dudley products can be provided for the last 10 years only. Combinations for American Lock products may be limited on locks purchased before January 2008. Delivery is approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the time we receive your request.

Locker Manager Charts
It is possible to obtain replacement combination charts. If you recently purchased Locker Manager, you may also wish to load your software with serial numbers of locks from previous years . Simply place an order for the charts by completing the Locker Manager Chart Request Form detailed below. You will receive a .txt file compatible with the Locker Manager Spreadsheet Import function found in Tools. Note: Delivery is approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the time we receive your request.
