• This lock requires 3-digit dialing to open. 
• SPECIAL COMBINATIONS:  You can order your locks standard combinaton different OR you can order them Combination Pairs (sets of 2) or Combinations Alike (all open with the same combo) at no extra charge.
• These locks have a serial number stamped on them and printed Combinaton Charts are available or you can choose to have a pdf File or Microsoft Excel File emailed to you as an attachment.
• If you would like replacement charts for any locks, please print and complete the Chart Request Form. 
• The MA-2002 fits lockers with a padlock eye of at least 11/32” (9mm) diameter.
