- The 1670 Series fits all kinds of lockers; lift handle, turn handle, single point latch and box lockers and this deadbolt lock is especially ideal for open mesh lockers and ventilated lockers with access to the back of the lock.
- The manual action requires the dial to be turned to relock the door.
- COLOUR METAL DIALS: The standard dial colour is black. Optional metal dials are available in five colours at an additional $1.20 per lock.
- BRASS ESCUTCHEON PLATES: Brass escutcheon plates are available at an additional charge of $2.60 per lock. These are particularly attractive on wooden locker doors.
- This lock requires 3-digit dialing to open and has five different combinations—easily changed with the touch of a button.
- The 1670 Series also has a key opening in the dial for instant access using a Master Key. Locks do not come with Master Keys, the keys must be ordered separately. See “MASTER LOCK-1600-KEY” below in “Matching Items” to order. We recommend a minimum number of master keys.
- These locks have a serial number and paper combination charts are provided for your convenience. Store your combination charts in a secure place.
- CHARTS ON CD: You can also request your combination charts in Excel. Simply add the item "Charts on CD" (see Matching Products below) to your order.
- If you would like replacement charts for any locks you already have, please print and complete the Chart Request Form.
- The 1670 Series has a horizontal travel, standard length locking bolt. The minimum door thickness is 0.11mm to 3.2mm. To ensure proper installation, extension sets are required for doors with a thickness of 11/16” (17mm) to 3/4” (19mm).
